CREDÉTAO has been managing the Ange-Gardien agricultural platform for 12 years, which offers a key organic market garden production site in May to the next generation of farmers.
It is a great success and has hosted 43 companies since its inception.
Rich in this enthusiasm and following requests from the community, CREDÉTAO is currently setting up 3 new thematic agricultural platforms per territory in the region!
Gatineau Valley Platform
The specific mission of this platform is to promote the establishment of the next generation of farmers through a business incubator specializing in the cultivation of berries, as well as to support already established businesses.
This platform also includes a transformation component which will be able to centralize equipment open to local producers, as well as a research component on production methods.
Small Nation platform
The mission of the Papineau Agroforestry Platform is to stimulate and support the adoption of agroforestry practices in the MRC de Papineau in order to promote optimal economic, social and environmental development of agricultural businesses and the territory through the incubation and support of companies, the development of demonstration and training sites and applied research in agroforestry.
Pontiac platform
The mission of the Animal Production Platform in the MRC Pontiac is to stimulate and support the creation of new businesses in order to promote optimal economic, social and environmental development of agricultural businesses and the community.
